Returns & Refunds Policy


1. Voluntary 30-Day Returns

United States law does not provide a general statutory right to return online purchases. However, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

- Have all original tags attached

- Include original packaging

- Have intact hygiene liners and protective seals (where applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.


2. Hygiene & Intimate Apparel

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

- Items with removed or damaged hygiene liners

- Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains

- Intimate garments that have been worn or tried on without underwear

This restriction does not apply if the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.


3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photos of the item and packaging

If confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please use our online return request form:

You must submit your return request within the applicable return window and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

If you are unable to use the return form, you may contact us at orga@cfab.com for assistance.

Once your return request is submitted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Returns sent without following the instructions provided may be delayed or may not be eligible for a refund.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit if sent without tracking.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.


7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be marked as Non-Returnable. These items cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


9. Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or not collected and returned to us, we may deduct return shipping and handling costs from your refund.


10. Lost Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, transit is outside of our direct control. If your parcel is lost, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Where the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.
