Terms and conditions for the "2× Bad Bunny concert tickets" competition

1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is Multiecom GmbH, trading under the brand name creamy fabrics, Am Seestern 18, 40547 Düsseldorf (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. Prize

The organizer

will raffle off 2× concert tickets for Bad Bunny on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. in Düsseldorf (seats subject to availability; travel, accommodation, and other costs are not included in the prize) among all eligible participants.

3. Participation requirements

• Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany/Austria/Switzerland/France/the Netherlands are eligible to participate.
  
  
• Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  
  
• Participation is automatic with a purchase of at least €100 in a single order during the promotional period on the creamyfabrics.com website (see point 4).
  
  
• Each eligible purchase (minimum $100) entitles the purchaser to one entry into the contest.
  
  

4. Promotion and participation period

The contest will run from November 22, 2025, through November 30, 2025.

Only purchases that have been completed in full during this period (order received and paid for and not returned) will be considered for the contest.

5. Procedure for the prize draw & notification of winners

• The winner will be determined within 30 days after the end of the entry period by a random drawing from among all eligible entrants.
  
  
• The winner will be notified by email or via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
  
  
• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of the prize notification being sent, the organizer reserves the right to re-draw the prize.
  
  

6. Transfer of winnings

• Depending on the type (hard tickets/e-tickets), concert tickets will be sent either by mail or electronically (e.g., by email/ticket app).
  
  
• Any additional costs (travel, meals, accommodation, etc.) are to be borne by the winner.
  
  

7. Changes to the event

• The organizer of this competition accepts no liability for program changes, postponements, or cancellations of the concert by the event organizer or third parties.
  
  
• In such cases, there shall be no entitlement to replacement or exchange of the prize; cash compensation is excluded.
  
  

8. Exclusion from the competition

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate these conditions of participation, in particular in the following cases

• false information,
  
  
• attempts at manipulation or
  
  
• other unfair conduct.
  
  

9. Data protection

• Information on data protection is available in the organizer's privacy policy at .
  
  

10. Liability

• The organizer shall only be liable for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations, as well as for other damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the organizer or its vicarious agents.
  
  
• Otherwise, liability is excluded.
  
  

11. No connection to Bad Bunny

This competition is not connected to Bad Bunny, his management, label, or other partners, and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by them. The organizer named in point 1 is solely responsible for the competition.

12. Miscellaneous

• Cash payment, modification, or transfer of the prize is excluded.
  
  
• Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the conduct of the prize draw and the decision on the winners.
  
  
• The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
  
  

Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
