Use our returns portal to complete your return or exchange step by step.

How it works

1. Select currency / country

   Please select the country where your order was delivered and paid:

   If you paid in Euro (€), choose Germany / EU.
   If you paid in Swiss Francs (CHF), choose Switzerland.

   Important: Returns can only be sent from the country to which your order was delivered.

   If you select the wrong currency, DHL may refuse or be unable to process your parcel.

   Once selected, the appropriate returns portal will open automatically.

2. Enter order details

   Enter your order number and the email address used during checkout.

3. Select items

   Choose the products you want to return or exchange.

4. Choose an option

   Decide between an exchange, a refund, or store credit.

5. Receive return label

   You will receive your shipping label via email.

   Print and attach it to the parcel, or scan the QR code at a DHL service point.

6. Drop off the parcel

   Hand in your parcel at a DHL service point and keep the proof of return.
